At NASA's Jet Propulsion Lab, I architect the human side of robotic deep space missions, designing processes and interfaces to make interplanetary spacecraft operations feel intuitive to the people 200 million miles away.
Previously, I led design and research teams in partnership with cross-functional government stakeholders and community members to improve public service delivery in New York City.
